In a never ending effort to make frames safer, the default dosimeter has
been moved to area 2. Also, I max is enabled and the event area is set to
area 1 (this also becomes the AEC area) whenever an EUV wavelength is set.
This behavior is disabled with "disable dosimeter" option described below.

An option has been added to the option menu to disable the automatic dosimeter
for EUV wavelengths. It acts as a toggle, you can re-enable after a disable
if you want to.

Most Common Error

 Please check your output path before saving any results. It is
 preset to your environmental variable TSW_FRAME_OUT_DIR. A very
 common error is assuming that the output path is the same as the
 input path for a frame you have just read in. Please avoid this
 error!

 transient events - a new check has been added that compares
 the event subarea and the time average subarea. These must be the same
 for transient event detection.
 
 dangerous wavelengths - the alert is now suppressed when the danger bit
 is off if the exposure is a "dark". These don't open the shutter.
