Also, I max is enabled and the event area is set to area 1 (this also becomes the AEC area) whenever an EUV wavelength is set. This behavior is disabled with "disable dosimeter" option described below. 1/2/98 An option has been added to the option menu to disable the automatic dosimeter for EUV wavelengths. It acts as a toggle, you can re-enable after a disable if you want to. Most Common Error Please check your output path before saving any results.
